The price includes water, electricity and gas consumption, initial bed linen and towels, final cleaning.
The final cleaning does NOT include dishwashing and cleaning of the kitchenette.

4-legged friends are allowed and the cost for their stay is € 5 per day.
The presence of animals must be indicated at the time of booking.
It is forbidden to bring animals into the pool area.
Payment Conditions:
A deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking, within 7 days, by bank transfer.
The balance must be paid at least 48 hours before arrival by bank transfer
